It was handed down to me, and I have no use for it, nor do I know how to use it! It's a great clock!  I do not have the key to wind it up, but I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to find one if you're in the business of regulator clocks! Measurements : 22" H x 14 1/2" W   I try my best to list items as accurately as I can, however, if there are any complaints, I wish you would contact me.
