Looks to be ca.1920's-30's. Modernist, 'streamline modern' design with elegant brushed silver dial and chrome hands & dial markers, matching chrome pendulum. Clock is all original with no refinishing or repairs. It's of very good quality but makers label is not intact. The beautiful burled walnut case is quite nice with some visible surface marks and scratches. Dial is excellent. Pendulum has a slight dent on one side. Case measures apx 24-1/2" tall, 14-1/2" wide, and 7" deep. This is a "wind-up" 8 day clock with chimes. It has run intermittently but been unreliable lately and may require a cleaning service to be a good time keeper. Also note that I've misplaced the winding key,it's a common size key and replacements are readily available if you decide to use the clock for time keeping. As large wall clocks from this period go, this is a spectacular find. Most are very traditional looking.
