It has a Lipper & Mann sticker on the bottom along with a winding key and a spring loaded lever that apparently makes the music stop when you set it down.  It appears to be in beautiful condition - has gorgeous little rose colored flowers and green leaves on it and is intricately trimmed in gold.  It is very delicate and Victorian looking.
