This impressive looking clock is marked "manufactured by the ansonia clock co.new york united states of america" on the bottom of face, this estate clock has been sitting unused for years, it does work and chimes, it probably needs a cleaning, it runs a tad slow, it chimes on half hour and hour, the chime is very soft, may need adjustment also, no cracks or repairs, the patina on the finish is original, i don't have the original key, comes with a reproduction key, movement is marked "ansonia clock co. patented june 14th  81 new york usa" there is also another patent date of june 18 1882. weight is 18 lbs. $28.00 S/H/INS.
