Serial #630191. Has a front plaque attached to the front from the Valley Line Company which is dated 3-16-56. I think the serial dates the clock to the early 1980's, so I do not know if the plaque was when this guy started, or I am looking at the serial wrong. I am not an expert, so please see photos and make your own call. The clock does show some minor soiling and wear. There is also some very minor corrosion to the exterior base metal, nothing terrible, but there is some. I have tried to show the one worst spot(back rear bottom corner) in one photo. The leveling eye works as it should. I did have the clock going for about 6hrs, and it kept time as it should. It did stop once, I locked and unlocked the pendulum and it took off again, so I am thinking it might need some minor adjustments once the buyer receieves it. There is no box or paperwork. I do believe that I have mentioned all of the issues that I have found with the clock. I am not an expert on this clock, so please see all of the photos and ask any questions you may have, that I might of overlooked, as this is a fairly high dollar clock. Buyer pays insured shipping.
